Reflexology
Denise graduated from University of Derby with a diploma in Holistic Therapies which included full qualification in Reflexology which is recognised by the Federation of Holistic Therapists.
Reflexology works on the feet to help to heal the whole person though the reflex points. It is very relaxing and grounding and has shown to be particularly effective for back pain, migraine, arthritis, sleep disorders, and in particular fertility problems. It is found to be particularly helpful if there is a problem in conceiving.
